In August, the Sophie Barat Centre welcomed the teaching team from New York for an exploration of Madeleine-Sophie’s educational legacy. After some time spent on their own in the house, everyone was moved by the history of the place, by its simplicity, and by the inspiration it continues to provide for the educational mission today.
