In July, the Sophie Barat Centre was delighted to welcome two groups from Egypt, on separate occasions, to experience a time of discovery, sharing and reflection in Madeleine-Sophie’s birthplace.
What made these visits particularly memorable was the active involvement of our Egyptian sisters, who helped to lead the tours and discussions.
These visits form part of the work of the Euro-Nil Province, which now brings together our communities and missions in Europe and Egypt within a single apostolic endeavour.
