Off to Joigny! A trip to start a new year for the 6th grade students and the pastoral team, under the watchful eye of Sophie Barat, our foundress. Welcomed by Sister Michelle, guardian of the congregation, Sister Agnieszka and Sister Malgorzata, both Polish and members of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart, I discovered a peaceful place, full of gentleness and serenity, surrounded by vineyards. It’s obviously a new bond for the pupils and their teachers, and for me it was a great trigger and a wonderful memory! (Anne Thirion)
